International student Summer Camp for the Low-Altitude Economy
一、项目简介 Program Overview
本次夏令营以“寒地低空・智创未来”为主题，聚焦低空经济前沿技术、寒地场景应用、智能无人系统、产业创新与国际合作 ，面向全球优秀国际学生，打造集学术讲座、实验室研学、企业参访、科创实践、文化体验于一体的国际化交流平台，助力学员把握低空经济发展机遇，提升专业能力与跨文化视野。
活动时间：7月15日-8月12日 （3周）
Centered on the theme of Smart Innovation in Cold-Region Low-Altitude: Forging the Future, this summer camp focuses on cutting-edge technologies in the low-altitude economy, applications in cold-region scenarios, intelligent unmanned systems, industrial innovation, and international cooperation. Tailored for outstanding international students worldwide, it establishes an international exchange platform that integrates academic lectures, laboratory research tours, corporate visits, innovation and practical activities, and cultural experiences. The program aims to empower participants to seize the development opportunities of the low-altitude economy, while enhancing their professional competence and cross-cultural perspectives.
Event Span: July 15th to August 12th (spanning three weeks)
二、招生对象与申请条件Target Applicants and Application Requirements
（一）招生对象Target Applicants
全球非中国籍、身心健康、热爱中国文化的本科生/ 硕士研究生（专业背景优先：航空航天、自动化、电子信息、机械工程、计算机、人工智能、管理科学等相关领域）。
Undergraduate and graduate students worldwide (non-Chinese nationality), who are in good physical and mental health and passionate about Chinese culture. Priority will be given to applicants with academic backgrounds in fields such as Aerospace, Automation, Electronic Information, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Management Science, and related disciplines.
（二）申请条件Application Requirements
品行端正、学习成绩优良，无违法违纪记录；
Good moral character and excellent academic performance, with no record of violations of laws or regulations;
年龄：本科生18–30周岁，研究生 18–35 周岁；
Age: Undergraduates aged 18–30; graduate students aged 18–35;
语言能力：英语流利（托福≥80 / 雅思≥5.5，或同等英语能力证明）；中文能力优先（HSK4 级及以上可加分）；
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (TOEFL ≥ 80 / IELTS ≥ 5.5, or proof of equivalent English proficiency);
Chinese proficiency is preferred (HSK Level 4 or above is an added advantage);
身体健康，符合《外国人体格检查表》标准，能适应3周集中学习与实践活动；
Physically healthy, meeting the standards of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and capable of adapting to three weeks of intensive study and practical activities;
对低空经济、智能无人系统、寒地工程有浓厚兴趣，具备基本科研素养与团队协作能力。
Strong interest in the low-altitude economy, intelligent unmanned systems, and cold-region engineering, possessing basic scientific research literacy and teamwork capabilities.
三、活动内容Activity Content
1. 学术前沿与专业课程（约 60 学时）Academic Frontiers and Professional Courses (approx. 60 class hours)

低空经济应用场景Application Scenarios of the Low-Altitude Economy
寒地高效电能存储High-Efficiency Energy Storage in Cold Regions
低空新能源动力New Energy Propulsion for Low-Altitude Applications
低空通信技术Low-Altitude Communication Technology
智能感知、导航控制、AI 算法在低空领域的实践Practice of Intelligent Perception, Navigation and Control, and AI Algorithms in the Low-Altitude Field
2. 企业参访与产业对接Corporate Visits and Industry Engagement
哈尔滨本地低空经济企业、智能装备制造企业实地参访
On-site visits to local low-altitude economy enterprises and intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises in Harbin.
3. 城市体验Urban Experience
哈尔滨城市文化探访（中央大街、索菲亚教堂、松花江、冰雪主题展等）
Exploration of Harbin's urban culture (including Central Avenue, St. Sophia Cathedral, the Songhua River, ice and snow-themed exhibitions, etc.)
中国传统文化体验（剪纸、汉字纂刻等）
Experience of traditional Chinese culture (paper-cutting, Chinese character seal carving, etc.)
5. 结业Completion and Certification
完成全部课程与实践，考核合格者颁发哈尔滨理工大学结业证书
Upon completion of all courses and practical activities and passing the assessment, participants will be awarded a Completion Certificate by Harbin University of Science and Technology.
优秀学员获优秀营员证书
Excellent participants will receive an Outstanding Camper Certificate.
